As far as I know, the conference takes place at 9 PM where I'm living, so sure I'm watching it. (I saw it last year, and that made me laugh.)
Anyways, it'll be interesting to see what they can pull off. If oly they are hiding Reggie a bit like last year.

Most amazing jew boots

Mario with magnetic boots? I'll buy that for 60 bucks if I had to!

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Hmm, I wonder if you'd actually have to be great at tennis to play tennis at Wii...

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Nintendo said the last secret affects the way you play the games. Didn't they reveal it because they are afraid of Sony copying their idea?
I thought it was the mic/speaker in the wiimote? I could be wrong, but I thought that was what they said during the Zelda thing..

What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?

I hope they're making it (Kirby) for Wii, because I'm sure as hell am gonna buy one. (You know, along side PS3)
I'd buy Wii for Mario alone. All those multiplayer games (like WiiSports) didn't appeal much to me.

But I sure wish they had announced a price and an exact launch date.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

A bit sad, really... I would soooo have bought Wii if Mario was a launch title. Sure, we (pun intended) still have Metroid Prime 3 (Oh yeah, and Zelda too), but other than that I really haven't seen anything really great. Smash Brothers has always been 'meh' in my book, and the sports titles and such, like Wario ware, which I think is tosh, just doesn't appeal to me...

There's nowhere I can't reach.

I hate to add fuel to the fire, but the weird thing is that Nintendo in some cases are more expensive than Sony in Denmark. Just look at this:

Nintendo Memory Card 251: $50.99
Sony Memory Card: $28.82

Nintendo Gamecube Controller BLACK: $59.51
Sony Playstation Controller: $39.05

As much as I hate to say it, the accessories are actually the most expensive about Nintendo consoles. This also concerns games, which almost comes up to the prices of PS2 and Xbox 360 games. (The latter is by far the most expensive. Example: The price for Elder Scrolls: Oblivion collectors edition was $102.31... Sadly, I had to settle with the normal edition. ($93.79))

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I know, I really do That's why I keep getting extremely annoyed everytime someone complains about games costing over $50. (Bargain, if I could buy brand new games at that price)

PAL is a problem, but I think a freeloader could change all that. There are websites offering those delicious US games relatively cheap, but I've never really gotten into it.
With that in mind (and trying to get back on topic) I'd happily swap the VC for an all singing all dancing region free Wii. God that would be great...

I'm usually waaaaaay too late when it comes to this, but some website has the "Big Secret". I'll quote it now, just to spoil the surprise.
Quote:
Nintendo Wii big secret revealed

The Nintendo Wii secret wasn't what you thought.

Nintendo fanboy's have been obsessing over every detail of information that Nintendo has released about their upcoming next-generation console, the Wii. While tidbits have leaked out and theories have been formed, one bit of rumor has been floating around for quite some time. Fans, analysts, and journalists alike have obsessed over a simple flap on the upcoming console, claiming it to be Nintendo's next big secret.

Nintendo of America's president, Reggie Fils-Aime, has finally broken the silence on the big secret. It's... not a secret at all really. The flap turns out to be the port for the storage media of the Wii.

In an interview with Game Informer, Fils-Aime said, "That is where an SD card goes. That's storable media. And on top are the attachments for the GameCube controllers."

So much for a big secret. Fils-Aime went on to include that SD cards won't be the only memory storage available to the Wii, "It will be one of the memory mediums, and it's the only one that we've announced."
What the hell was the point with holographics, anyway?

So... An SD-reader? Not too bad. SD-cards are cheap. Way cheaper than "real" memory cards. As long as I don't have to buy silly memorycards, like this generation, I'm satisfied!

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?
