While I admit I have been using contingencies with frequency this game, I assure you that it isn't per day, and I only reserve the contingencies for pivotal occasions like trying to knock out other players before they get a chance to post their attacks.

Actually, I went back and reviewed your posts, and you have used some sort of contingency every day (2 on 7/20 and 7/22; none on 7/21). If that doesn't fit the definition of overuse, I don't know what does. I'm not saying what you did was wrong, because I allowed it, but it won't happen again in future games.

Anyway, Zergrinch and Yeldarb have traded Crash Landon's Keep and Bigturnip Ocean.

It would seem that Yeldarb has kicked you guys in the nuts and pushed you off a cliff (or some other mixed metaphor). He used Ninja Spies yesterday and had Satellite Defenses up, so he was virtually unstoppable. Now that Yeldarb controls all 6 bodies of water, he gets 6 attacks today.

With the loss of Dopefish, RockgamerXIII is no longer a Warlord. Yeldarb collects 10 gil tribute, and Zergrinch collects 9 gil (they have an equal amount of Warlord countries, but Yeldarb has more territory overall for the tiebreaker).

With the way the game is going, I don't see Yeldarb losing first place (since I doubt Zerg-sensei will attack him). Do you want to continue battling it out for second place, or end the game now?

Definitely a crazy night. Yeldarb and RockgamerXIII are no longer Warlords, and for the moment, neither is Zergrinch. RockgamerXIII inexplicably forgot to send in 2 defense numbers against Zergrinch. He's still got an hour to do so, otherwise, Zergrinch will win and retain his Warlord status. Oh, and Yeldarb used his Ninja Spies again.

Yeah, I was telling Tritoch on AIM last night how both the map and the chart weren't updated. I had to go back through all the actions just to figure out what countries Zerg had.

But yeah, otherwise, this was a good game. I think I did pretty good for being out the last three games, so I'm not disappointed with 4th place. I don't know how eager I would be to play another game anytime soon, though.
