Xenogears & Xenosaga Complete Collection OST (Ed.: BOOTLEG)

I have recently been on ebay and I found an OST which has interested me. The Xenogears & Xenosaga Complete Collection Soundtrack (14CDs) has the albums:

Xenogears Original Soundtrack (2 Discs)
Xenogears Creid
Xenosaga Original Soundtrack (2 Discs)
Xenosaga Episode I Original Soundtrack (2 Discs)
Xenosaga Episode I Kokoro Theme Single
Xenosaga Outer File 01 Drama CD
Xenosaga Outer File 02 Drama CD
Xenosaga Outer File 03 Drama CD
Xenosaga II Movie Scene Soundtrack (2 Discs)
Xenosaga The Animation Original Soundtrack

Now the thing is I am unsure whether to get this OST 'cause I don't know whether this is official. Can anyone tell me whether this is an official item or just some unofficial set put together. The link is below:

Thanks,

Magusstorm

Jam it back in, in the dark.

It's definitely a bootleg. Just look at the other items he's sold and you'll see that there are quite a few random collections he's selling that just don't exist. In addition, the price for 14 CDs is too low for an official album. Besides, it'd be pretty strange to sell a complete collection when the Xenosaga series is still very much in development.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

What about sending a mail to Chudah's Corner (bootlegs@chudahs-corner.com) about adding this seller to the bootleg list?
I also checked what kind of collections he sold - are there any collections that were actually officially released? I don't think so...

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Yeah, all of them are illegitimate and don't exist. He must make a bomb on them.

Is that list ever updated? If so, it's a good idea.

OK, I've send them a mail, so they can update the list.

@Mr. Maul: You seem to be informed about bootlegs, so even if it's offtopic, I wanna ask you: Is buying VGM records from Amazon Japan (not marketplace) safe or does even Amazon ship bootleg ware?

I was speaking idiomatically.

Mr. Maul and LiquidAcid - Thanks for the help. I did have a very strong feeling that they were unofficial items but I wanted to make sure before dishing out a large sum of cash on them. Glad I didn't:biggrin: Cheers. Now that you mention it, there hasn't been any collections like that made. If they were the game company would have announced them.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

I've done extensive research on this guy (I've posted in a few threads on STC about him) and what he's doing is buying legitimate releases, then making copies of the CDs only and selling them in these dumb homemade boxes.

He even tried for a little while to sell what he called "salvage lots" saying that the original artwork and cases were destroyed, so he was selling CDs only, in these huge lots... when in fact they were CD-Rs with printed labels.

Extremely shady, this guy needs to take a flying leap. I've been reporting every single bootleg auction of his multiple times, and others have too, and he seems to be taking a break from his bootleg antics for now. It really pisses me off to think how much money he made off of those shamelessly copied sets, and how many legitimate fans he ripped off.
