Power calibration error usually mean it's probably never going to write a DVD+R ever again. I've had a similar problem and it ended up with me buying another one. However, I was still able to burn CD-Rs...
Arain's right; it's dead. 30 bucks on pricegrabber. They're pretty much all the same. Jam it back in, in the dark. |

That sucks RYU. Have you tried pulling it out and making sure all the cables are firmly in place? Is it too late to get it returned?
