Why can't I play this flash file?

It plays fine if I load the link in a browser, but if I save the flash file to my HD it is a no-go. :/ How ya doing, buddy? |

I have other flash files that play in WMP Classic. This one will not.
And I can't load it from my HD to a browser either. It *has* to be played from the site of origin. There's nowhere I can't reach. |

Hm...well I have MPC, and I don't want Yet Another Video Player on my computer, so is there perhaps a codec for it that would work with MPC?
