A program that would rip music from any and every game simply does not exist.
There may be some game specific tools though, so it would be good if you could mention some game names. Jam it back in, in the dark. |

You can play imf files with this winamp plugin: http://www.informatik.uni-oldenburg.de/~dyna/adplug
You can then use winamp's diskwriter plugin to make a wav file from the imf and convert that wav to a format you want to. (or leave it like that, whatever) There's nowhere I can't reach. |
