A program that would rip music from any and every game simply does not exist.
There may be some game specific tools though, so it would be good if you could mention some game names.

game as old form the 90s like wolfeinstien3d or like today games like halo

Well, there are dozens of PC game extractors, each with their own specifications and file-formats.

Here's a small list of some of the PC-rippers that I use:

Nova Software Extractor
I usually start ripping using this and if all else fails, I move on to the other software that I have.

hi there i want to convort the files of "imf" and "imc" there mybe a pogram that convort them? plz

You can play imf files with this winamp plugin: http://www.informatik.uni-oldenburg.de/~dyna/adplug

You can then use winamp's diskwriter plugin to make a wav file from the imf and convert that wav to a format you want to. (or leave it like that, whatever)

and about the imc?

I don't know, never heard of imc files.
