Executive orders
CTV.ca | Obama reversing restrictions on abortion funding
Although his decisions seem popular, it's already Obama's second (third?) executive order, which totally overrides the democratic process. Was it necessary to make it a law immediatly? Is it abusive? Jam it back in, in the dark. |
