Cant access websites

Ok, I don't know exactly the details, but basically, I cannot connect to AcerBandit's site, which he was providing for me to download the Hare nochi Guu series. ;_;
All I know is that basically, I could access it at around noon, and then apparently the internet was too slow for one of my housemates, and he unplugged me. When I got back to my computer, and plugged back into the network, I found that I could not access Acer's pages at all anymore.
I can get to www.acerbandit.net, but access to his file folder sites just displays a blank screen, with the toolbar saying "waiting for ..."
Example: www.acerbandit.com/guu
I cannot access that anymore.
Does anyone have any idea why, and how I can fix this?

Did you bother asking him about it? And what did he say?

There's nowhere I can't reach.

He said that his server is not blocking anyone, and I consulted with Crash, and he can access those sites.
Acer also reset his server, and still I cannot connect.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
