Computer Power Supply Question
I just bought, BFG Tech BFGR78256GSOC Geforce 7800GS 256MB GDDR3 AGP 4X/8X Video Card - Retail http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16814143046

Now my computer currently has like a 380 watt power supply. I'm not sure how much power I need. I want to get: Thermaltake TR2 W0070 ATX 430W Power Supply 115/230 V - Retail - http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16817153023 But I'm not sure if it will be enough. I'm running: BFG 7800 GS AGP OC 2 Hard Drives 2 DVD-Rw Drives 4 Small Fans (May add more fans) - [urlhttp://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16835150007 [/url] Do I need well above a 400 Watt Power Supply? Or is 430 enough? Thanks ahead for the help. Jam it back in, in the dark.

I would seriously consider getting a bigger power supply on the fact you run 2 hard drives AND 2(!) DVD Drives.
Having a little extra wattage doesn't hurt anything. I might recommend something a little more powerful. The extra may be good in case you decide to add more hardware. A little advice... don't cheap out on a power supply. The ~$20 power supply is the worst thing you can put in your system. They can cause you all sorts of grief because of cruddy power rails.
