Easy way to create an animated gif from an avi file.
I tried opening it with Imageready, but all it displays is a blank white screen. If I try to "blind import" a small section, every frame is white.
I need a more effective way of doing this other than saving each frame out of MPC. Jam it back in, in the dark. |

Animation Shop could do it. Just open the AVI with the program and edit as necessary.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |

Hmm Animation Shop is a no-go. I'll try the other one.
