Oh man, I've been waiting so long for the You Got Served UMD to go down in price!

I might pick up Sega Superstars Tennis on 360 for only $15. That's only $5 less than its normal price, but I'd already been thinking about it anyway. If I can actually find Nervous Brickdown then I might grab it too, but I rarely ever saw it in stores even when it was brand new. I already own everything else worthwhile on the list, but there are a surprising number of good titles there. That's if you can actually find an EB that still has new copies of them, of course.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Last year, EB got in a bunch of new copies for this sale; they set up bins at the front of the store with these titles, and I had no problem finding everything on the list sealed.

Downstream Panic is the only game on the list that strikes my fancy, and that I don't already have. I highly recommend Nervous Brickdown, and if you don't already have Worms Open Warfare 2, shame on you. It the best Worms game since Armageddon, and there's up to 4 players over wifi. Sega Superstars Tennis is definitely worth $15.

And don't forget to use this:

We never get sales like that here in Canada

Out of that list, I'd like to get Harvest Moon: Boy and Girl or Brave Story on PSP. I have no idea how good BS is though.

Fun though I'm sure this thread is, anyone want to tell me how it's any different from the other ad-spam threads we get and why I shouldn't delete it and ban Chaotic forever?

Maybe because Chaotic did the same thread last year, and 6 current/former mods posted in it (in a positive way)? Lighten up, Shin, it's not like he works for Gamestop; he's just trying to help people out.

Figures only the PS2 version of Godzilla Unleashed on there. The version that had none of the new advertised monsters and played worse then it's predecessor.

Guess I have an excuse to buy Mario and Sonic at the Olympics now.

I'm gonna try to get Monster Hunter Freedom 2, Def Jam Icon for the PS3 (my friend and I enjoyed it, wtf?) and Odin Sphere. Maybe Soul Calibur 3. If they have Katamari Damacy sealed, I might just grab that to sell on eBay one day when it's rarer.

I think that sounds like a plan. $80 ain't bad, although I wish they'd sell Ninja Gaiden Sigma on sale.

Katamari, Odin Sphere and Monster Hunter Freedom 2 look interesting. I might shell out for AC0 as well if its as good as 5 and 6. (Ace Combatfags, how is it?)

Fifth Element / Starship Toopers for 5 bucks isn't that bad either. Thanks for the coupon nutty.

I'd like to know this also. I still have to beat the 4th one without tilting my head like crazy. ;_;

As far as that coupon goes, it was originally scanned from the Game Informer insert. Not totally sure if it would work if it were printed out on normal paper, but just a warning ahead of time that it might not work.

Better than 6, equal to 5.

There's some decent stuff on there, but the prices have hardly changed. Wasn't Afterburner 20 bucks BEFORE this sale?

Generally we don't accept ones printed from the internet and quite often, the bar codes are only good for certain stores where the ads are released.

I'll probably snag a few of these with the Edge Card and employee discount stack rape.

If someone can't find something that they really need, let me know. Also, get your GCN and XBOX titles before they get thrown out. Some time in the next few months I expect to walk in to find the district manager had come in and personally destroyed the games.

Definitely want to see if I can find/pick up Ace Combat Zero.

I remember it being $17, or something like that, at CC some time ago, but when I went to check, my CC didn't have it in stock.

What about the coupons that get emailed out to Edge card members every week? Stuff like 25% off used 360 games. Considering they're sent through email, you have to print those out and bring them in. I used one of those one time with no problems, and I'm not even an Edge member. Bottom line, if you can find a kid that doesn't look all that bright to ring you up (which isn't hard to do at Gamestop), there shouldn't be a problem. Besides, it's only 10% off, so I won't be heartbroken if it doesn't work.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
