Integrated video boost
Hi all! I have a socket AM 2 motherboard with GeForce 6150 integrated video. Does anybody know any settings to get maximum performance?
Jam it back in, in the dark. |
I don't know of any BIOS settings that would greatly affect rendering performance for an integrated chip, save, potentially, adjustment of the amount of VRAM.
Read through this guide; it provides enough information for some driver tweaking. Did you have anything specific that you wanted help with improving? Yes, I do realize that it's probably just a matter of games running slow, but, usually, if AA and AF are turned off, you can't do much more to improve performance in, for example, games outside of getting a new video card, unless there is an issue specific to a certain game. You would then need to wait for either a patch for the game or updated drivers from nVidia which correct the issue. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
the settings for maximum performance are easy. Take every setting and turn it to the lowest possible value. WIN! But honestly, expecting to run games on an integrated card isn't good...

On an integrated 6100 GPU you might be able to run Half-Life 2 at best. You, sir, need a video card.
