I don't know of any BIOS settings that would greatly affect rendering performance for an integrated chip, save, potentially, adjustment of the amount of VRAM.
Read through this guide; it provides enough information for some driver tweaking.
Did you have anything specific that you wanted help with improving? Yes, I do realize that it's probably just a matter of games running slow, but, usually, if AA and AF are turned off, you can't do much more to improve performance in, for example, games outside of getting a new video card, unless there is an issue specific to a certain game. You would then need to wait for either a patch for the game or updated drivers from nVidia which correct the issue.
