Trouble Port Forwarding
I'm trying to port forward port 4000. I've gone to Run > CMD > and typed ipconfig, to make sure I have inputed the correct IP. I attached a screenshot of the forwarded ports. I have tried to test the port with this site http://www.whatsmyip.org/ports/ and it continues to say:
Closed Error Number: 61 Connection refused What am I doing wrong? |
Can you try port triggering instead?

Port triggering is just the tab next to port forwarding in your screenshot :p
Also, you might have a nazi ISP that's blocking the port, or you may also have a software firewall in there somewhere |
