You probably should have said it in your first post, then.
The problem with the argument is that it is being passed off as fact when one person's idea quality is very much an opinion. The simple fact is this:
When people are confronted with a choice between a good item and bad, they tend to pick the good item. It's classic consumerism. It's why you don't see Shadow Madness XII at Gamestop or the Archos Jukebox Nano at your local Best Buy.
That doesn't mean that people are always right however, so that's the fallacy of the other side's argument. So, everyone's wrong and right in their own ways, so let's shut the fuck up and talk about Fire Emblem.
