I played through the Japanese release a few months ago. It was really great. Alot of the same problems as the first, but it added to its general epicness. BAD FRAMERATE IS JUST SLOW MO AWESOME!
They also handled the six scenarios well, there is the main game where you play as the waiter, then when you complete that you unlock another scenario and so on. These unlocked pieces are only 1-2 hours, but they seemed to tie up alot of what would be story loose ends. Looking forward to an English release to see just what the hell they were talking about....and blonde again ;_; Jam it back in, in the dark.  Welcome to Silent Hill
