When I first met my boyfriend, it was love at first sight. I thought he was 35 (he was actually 42) and he thought I was 28 ( I was actually 23). Although he felt uneasy about it at first, he got over it. My parents did too... but my mom still feels wierd that he son-in-law-to-be is only 8 years younger than she is.

Is age diffenrence an important issue when you fall in love? How old would someone have to be to seriously reconsider a relationship?
