Online play hasn't been officially confirmed, has it? I know they've mentioned (a while ago) that they wanted to put it in SSBB, but it wasn't mentioned at all at E3 or on on Smash Bros Dojo.
Of course, I may just be slow and stupid. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
I wonder more what Kirby will look like if he eats Zero Suit Samus. Ponytail? There's nowhere I can't reach. |
Special moves are the the least interesting update to me (but more interesting than most items). I'd prefer stages or characters (or music) but of course we can't have too many of those.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
But puns are fun!
I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
It's just you.
Where are you preordering from, anyway? As far as I know, places like Gamestop, Toys R Us or Amazon have been accepting preorders just fine. I was speaking idiomatically. |
Where did you find a copy for $20?
The biggest deal I've seen so far is Circuit City giving a $10 giftcard for pre-orders or something like that. EDIT: Nevermind, I see Walmart has listed SSBB online for $20 for some unknown reason. Hope they'll honor this price as it's probably a glitch, but whatever. Super Smash Bros. Brawl Wii - Wal-Mart What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

There's no way Wal-Mart will turn around and charge people full price for the game if they placed the order when the game was still listed at $20. You can bet that people would complain, credit card companies would fight it like mad and that Wal-Mart would lose so bad.
They'll either honor the deal, outright cancel it, or try to offer some incentive of some sort (maybe a small discount or whatever). FELIPE NO |
I already had the game ordered from another source, anyway. I doubt supply would run out on Day 1 either, anyway... What, you don't want my bikini-clad body? |
As expected, Wal-Mart is canceling all the orders, but in a very sneaky way: "We have received your request to cancel the item(s) listed below from your order (#2677303111501)." Sneaky, because I obviously never requested to cancel (and I don't know if it's even possible for the customer to cancel on their own).
Anyway, it was fun while it lasted and there's no harm done. Compared to Amazon, their shipping was bizarre anyway. Game is released on the 10th, but 1-day shipping from Wal-Mart arrives on the 15th? Wacko. How ya doing, buddy? |
