I normally drink 2%, and 1% too, since I really can't taste the difference.
I don't buy regular milk though. Like Garr, I think I'm lactose intolerant, but I can't go without my cereal and oatmeal-cooked-in-milk, so I buy lactose-free milk. It's expensive as hell, but it's slightly sweeter and doesn't give my stomach problems, no matter how much I drink. Jam it back in, in the dark.
