And I though Universe was a bad title for the 360. I've been proven wrong, but I'm happy to hear about a DDR game coming to the Wii. It caught me off guard. It's basically gonna be a full enforcement of the Hands and Feet mode, but it's still in it's early stages, so it could change somewhere along the lines.

So far, their demo list consisted of:

Jet Rocker - Lips of an Angel (Song used in the Gamestop Video)
Naoki - Will
C+C Music Factory/Rite Attackers - Gonna Make You Sweat (Remix)

Thoughts?

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Until they find a way to make my Cobalt Flux pad Wii-compatible, I'm not going to get too excited. I'm sure my Mario Mix pad can take some punishment, but I just wear out soft pads too fast.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

They're probably gonna have to make this game work with the GC controller slots. Honestly, I can't figure out another way they'd pull it off.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

The preview on IGN said it can use the pad that came with Mario Mix, but as far as I know, no one ever managed to make an adaptor so that sturdier pads would work on GC.

How ya doing, buddy?

Don't they have PS2-GCN controller port adapters? Anyways this game is really making me excited for mutliple reasons:

1. 4-player simultaneous play
2. Hand movements that actually work because they don't rely on that stupid eye-toy...
3. Completely new tracklist. Which means we have a better chance of getting good songs I guess.
4. Multiplayer involves doing things to make the game harder for the people you're playing against (throwing more arrows at them, etc.).

It sounds like it's gonna be good, let's just hope it turns out that way.

They do have PS2-GCN adaptors, but the ones on the market now don't work with DDR on GCN. They don't map the buttons properly, or something like that.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

Well then let's hope RedOctane or someone comes out with their own adaptors! I'd pay $20-30 for one, easily. Plus, the newer Ignition 3.0's have compatibility for every other system and I doubt RedOctane would want to leave out the Wii users... I guess that just means they'll release a new pad with the GCN adaptor to get more money out of us, huh?

I feel the same way, but my Mario Mix pad is still in good condition, mainly because the challange of the game is quite low.
