"God Tracks", music from "God Hand"
http://www.grasshopper.co.jp/mt-stat...od_handcd.html
That's the CD picture. http://www.cloverstudio.co.jp/godhand/ And this is the game's official site, where you can hear three tracks from the game. The music is very cool, but I'm not sure if "God Tracks" is a complete soundtrack or only a few tracks. Anyway, it will come out in September, and I still don't know who the composer is, although I hope it's Masami Ueda (the guy from the PS Resident Evils, the first Devil May Cry, Viewtiful Joe, and Ôkami). And... yes, the main theme is a rip-off of the Hawaii Five-O theme. How ya doing, buddy? |
I'll bump this topic only once. :'(

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
If I am not mistaken, I believe Masafumi Takada of Killer7 and Michigan fame, will be composing the music for this game. If that's the case, I'm definitely interested in this soundtrack. There isn't anywhere to buy it yet, is it?

I dunno. How did you know Masafumi Takada composed the music? I thought it would be Masami Ueda, the guy from other Clover titles.
Double Post: http://www.gametrailers.com/player.p...12511&type=wmv At the end of this trailer you can hear samples of the music. It sounds great and there's more variety than I expected. How ya doing, buddy?

BGM4 can now be unlocked in the secrets section. The music is shaping up nicely. Also check this hilarious commercial. It has some of the music. http://god.heteml.jp/gh6mb.swf How ya doing, buddy? |
Anybody know the composer yet? The album's available on Winny, but no composer info anywhere.

The composer is Grasshoper Manufacture's Masafumi Takada (Killer7), and from what I've heard of it, this is his best work. If someone uploads the album, I will love them forever.

And I'm uploading this cd now. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
Such a shame they don't sell it separately. And thank you very much for uploading it. I'll post my comments once I have listened to it.

Just listened to it and it has already become my third favourite release this year (after Dirge of Cerberus OST and Ôkami). The music is a strange combination of TV themes from the 60's and the 70's, techno, surf rock, and weird sampled voices. It's by far Takada's most melodic work, and the most humourous. Humour, in fact seems to be the "theme" of the music. "Top of the Humans" sounds like Hanjuku Hero, "Rainy Rose" reminds me of Katamari Damacy, "Smoking Roll" sounds like Elvis on crack, and "Gene's Rock-a-bye" is an effective parody of the Hawaii Five-0 theme. When I listen to the "Battery" themes, I imagine Nazi footage at fast motion. They simply sound like that. "Sunset Heroes" must be the theme of the midget Power Rangers from the game. The intro is hilarious. "Please Mr. Sensei" is rock mambo with some synths and furious hooligans shouting in the background. "Too Hot!!!" could be an alternate version of the Charlie's Angels' theme.
There's some Viewtiful Joe influence too in "Yet... Oh see mind" and "Devil May Sly". "The Gang of Venice" is an absolutely endearing yet badass Spanish guitar + accordion combo. "Unnavigable Sea" has some Caribbean and Spanish influence, and is also a pleasant listen. There are only a couple of clunky tracks: "Bald Mountain" and "Higher than Heaven" don't have much to offer. "Forgotten Song" has a Middle Eastern sound to it, but it's not as fun to listen to as the other tracks. The album ends in the most unexpected of ways: screaming guitars and chaotic percussion that create a creepy, furious atmosphere. This album is both solid and accessible. Highly reccommended. Sorry but for some reason the download is not working ,it says "There are no free download slots available".
Could you please upload the soundtrack on another site like rapidshare? I was speaking idiomatically. |
You'll just have to wait a bit and try again if that's the case. You shouldn't have any major problems getting it from that link.
What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |
The problem may be because you have more than one download running at a time. Make sure nothing is downloading then try it

I've been trying to download this OST for several days but to no avail. PLEASE put it on some other file sharing site.
What, you don't want my bikini-clad body? |

Thank you so much
