Attacking Chad
Attacking Central African Republic
Attacking Cameroon
Attacking Nigeria
There are several problems with this. First off, you began by attacking Chad, which isn't adjacent to your territory. However, since you subsequently conquered the bordering Central African Republic, I'll overlook that. Secondly, Cameroon and Nigeria are currently unoccupied, and since your turn was still in Round 1, they cannot be attacked, therefore those 2 attacks are void.

Nope, starting in the second round (now), unoccupied territories can/must be attacked like any other country.

I've updated the chart with everyone's turn, and added the 5 gil bonus for the start of the round.

Propped for 5 fails in a row.

To clarify for Yeldarb, since he doesn't have any territory, he may choose anywhere to begin his attack. Once he conquers a territory, his attack must continue from that territory; he can't just attack willy-nilly all over the board.

In my defence, the Central African Republic covers the border there - I thought Chad went all the way south.

As for the other two, that was just me not reading the rules on account of already having held up the game for multiple days

OK, let's see if I can come back from this.

First Attack on Morocco.

Morocco again.

Well then, I'll attack Mali.

Good lord. Fine, I'll annex Burkina Faso and send tanks on Mali.

And just out of spite, I'll use my Energy Boost as well.

I'll attack Niger.

Benin.

You can roll a die for Burkina Faso, since it doesn't really have an effect on what you did afterwards. You have one attack remaining anyway, so you can attack anything surrounding Mali/Niger/Benin if you want.

EDIT: Yeldarb has knocked out Helloween, and picked up a tidy sum of gil. I think I know who Rockgamer will be targeting...

I smell blood in the water, and I can see there are fortunes to be made!

I'll start by attacking Uganda.

Uganda again.

Rwanda next.

And now the killing blow, the Democratric Republic of Congo!

Oh, bugger. Looks like I'll have to use my Energy Boost.

And attack the DRoC again.

And again? Bloody hell. DRoC a third time~

Fuck it then. I'll roll in my Tanks to the DRoC to take over the country, ending Tritoch's miserble life and claiming all he owns for myself.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

I don't know what you're talking about, Tritoch. We both know that you usurped power from the duly elected goverment in the Congo. My freedom-fighter's libertated an oppressed people!

It took you three direct assaults and finally a tank battalion before the people finally submitted to your backstabbing, tyrannical rule. I'm not sure you could've managed a more hostile takeover without dropping nukes.

Frank has to have set a record for the fastest backstab.

I'll begin by trying to liberate Democratic Rep. of the Congo, but they're still heavily fortified.

Next, I'll attack South Africa and Botswana x2.

Might as well use an Energy Boost.

No luck with Zimbabwe or Swaziland.

Fine, Tanks into Zimbabwe.

First attack on Mali.

Next up is Niger.

Energy Boost.

Ugh, finally. Now, tanks into Benin.

And with Yeldarb's spoils in tow, I'll roll his tanks into Tunisia.

Now, I'll use Yeldarb's energy boost for more fun. Attacking Libya.

Fuck it, I'll buy four tanks and roll them into Egypt, Sudan, Eritrea, and Ethiopia.

With Krel's spoils in tow, I'll purchase a Death Ray and attack Malawi, Zambia, and Mozambique.

Using Plarom's energy boost, I'll now attack Djibouti

Now I'll take Plarom's tanks into Somalia.

I have enough for two more tanks, so I'll take over Seychelles and Mauritus. That gives me just enough to purchase another set of tanks, which I'll use on Madagascar.

That's all I can do for now.

This is like some bizzarro Mega Man 4. We took out the black Dr. Cossack (Plarom) and his evil minions, only to have the true villain reveal himself. You know what we have to do. We must vanquish the black Dr. Wily.

Dark menace? Africa is the dark continent, so I'm just trying to give it back to its rightful owners. My ancestors are from here damnit, so it's only right that I do this.

And why should anyone forgive you? You already proved yourself untrustworthy, and just because you're paying for it now is no reason to deceive everyone else into thinking you give a damn about them. Your downfall is imminent (you're pretty vulnerable against anyone now, which is why you don't want anyone else attacking you), so you're just clawing for survival.

Frank may be a backstabber, but unfortunately, he's also right. If we end up bickering amongst ourselves, then we'll only weaken each other for Rockgamer to pick us off. The only chance we have to win is to cut Rockgamer down to size. Once that's done, we can go back to fighting each other.

Wow, you really don't get that I weakened Frank on purpose rather than trying to pick off another player (which I certainly could have done considering everyone else had way less territory than Frank did when I first started attacking him)? Look, he only has four territories, making him pretty easy to pick off. If you do so, you net a whopping 31 gil (not to mention five less gil in my pocket) along with a tank and an energy boost, which will probably help you more in the long run than Frank's allegiance will.

I was speaking idiomatically.

The undead believe that Rock has a point. It also would've been much more amusing if he had killed off a few more people instead of weakening Frank, though this slaughter was pretty neat.

Let's say Hawkeye does pick off Frank; that gives him 10 countries to your 21 countries. Sure, he gets gil and items, but if he attacks you instead, then he still has 10 countries, but you'd only have 17, a more manageable number. If we don't start chipping away at Rockgamer now, he's only going to get stronger.

Leave that to Araes, since he currently only has Rock to worry about. Otherwise Frank is just going to make sure it's his turn next once Rock is defeated, and snatch victory away.

Nutty, you seemed to have totally ignored the whole gil and items thing in your equation with Hawkeye. 10 countries, well over 30 gil, a tank, and an energy boost means that once he picks off Frank, he can still do some sizable damage to me as well.

Of course you want me gone, I pose the largest threat to you, and if Hawkeye focuses on me first then you'll receive the lamb's share of damage from his attacks. It is laughable that you would expect your opponents to be so blinded by my moral ambiguity as to hand you Africa on a silver platter.

Tritoch may be blinded by his lust for vengeance, but you would appear to think awfully poorly of Hawkeye if you truly expect him to fall for your ameteurish attempts at rougish diplomacy.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
