I've just listened to a track from Ka no Hana Music Collection (HIDPC-3006) which sounds
very familiar.
The trackname is Ayahana, but I am 100% sure I've heard it somewhere before in another game...and it's got to be rather old, too - maybe from Snes days? Any help is appreciated:

At first I thought this was People Seized With Life from Chrono Cross due to those pauses between the melody - but it's definitely not. Yet, the melody I've heard before. As far as I know, it's not a classical piece either (maybe from a movie score?).
Either Agematsu has stolen everything together here, or he's copying somebody.
edit: The latter one is apparently Sadness from Xenosaga Ep.1
