I mentioned this in the journal entry, but I'll bring it back up here again.
This is a good cardio training workout that I was doing for awhile before the stress and constant busy-ness of the last term of school totally ruined my time allotment for working out. I plan to get back into this workout schedule. This can be done on a trail (Springwater trail for example, Erik) or on a treadmil/eliptical at a gym. If on a treadmill, I recommend increasing the elevation between days as well to help push toward the end goal. Jam it back in, in the dark. |

Light exercise every morning, basketball with co-workers every monday evening for about 2 hours, and adjusting my diet, woop woop.
