Everything was going great until a few hours ago when halfway through my run I rolled my ankle, tore the flesh of my knee apart and had to walk home on said damaged ankle.
This'll probably put me on the shelf for at least a week.  Jam it back in, in the dark.  John Mayer just asked me, personally, through an assistant, to sing backup on his new CD. |

I know Rasp hasn't given up, as he's out biking quite a bit. As for myself, I'm relegated to weights only right now, but I can't wait for my ankle to be 100% again.

With my ankle healed, I've kicked it into full gear. Back into martial arts, playing indoor soccer three times a week, plus a regular exercise routine.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. John Mayer just asked me, personally, through an assistant, to sing backup on his new CD. |
