I didn't watch the whole thing since Penn and Teller tend to be awfully big blowhards (the sorts of people who take the stance of "I'm right, and if you don't believe me you're a FUCKING MORON" tend not to do much as much fact checking as they claim in their hubris), but I'm guessing they're referring to
Matthew 12 here, which really is more about Jesus saying "Fuck the Sabbath" than advocating theft.
