Saw Drive a week or so ago. Granted I was distracted by my company, I don't really understand the great reviews. It was OK at best, for me anyway. The direction was good, the story was whatevs. The opening sequence was the best part of the movie, mostly because nobody was acting.

Speaking of which, the acting was either non-existent or sub par. The two mobsters gave absolutely nauseating performances, especially. I'm generally able to get over acting, but when I see actors that I know can act either not act (Gosling) or act poorly (Cranston) I get a little peeved, what can I say?

Oh, and suddenly there's gore.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
