vegan cupcakes
I just went vegan. The pics of meat/egg production finally got to me. *shudders* Anyway... I miss my cupcakes.
Anybody know a good vegan cupcake recipe? Jam it back in, in the dark. |

I don't think Elmer's is vegan. I'm pretty sure it's made from horsey bits. There's nowhere I can't reach. |

@ Bernard: Yes, there are plenty of place on the intarwubs to see recipes.
The vast majority offer no indication of whether or not they taste good. Allrecipes and similar sites have a user review system with *some* data, but they have very few vegan recipes and even fewer people comment on them. I don't want to waste an afternoon making inferior cupcakes, now do I? This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
