FTP resume problems...
Anyone else possibly know what's up here? I absolutely cannot resume any files on an FTP. Even if I set it to ask, when I select "resume", the download begins from nothing.
I have no clue why it is doing this as I've NEVER had this problem before. Any ideas? Jam it back in, in the dark. |
Client and version? Operating system?
We are not psychics, and cannot be assumed to know everything about your problem without being told. There's nowhere I can't reach. |

Whoops, I thought I had mentioned.
I'm using FlashFXP, which I've used for years, but this IS a newer version (3.35, I believe). I'm also using WinXP SP2. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
Are you connecting to the same FTP server you were connecting to before that you could resume transfers on?
Not all FTPs allow resuming. Others only allow resuming in one of the 2 transfer modes (Binary/ASCII). The one for my site won't let me resume ASCII transfers but binary ones resume fine. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
