A "War of the Worlds" fan film...

Hey everyone,

A month ago, I decided to put together a fan film based on the 2005 Spielberg film: "War of the Worlds".

I must say, this early into pre-production, we've acquired quite a skilled team.. especially for all volunteers.

My crew and I have decided to begin filming in 1 month. As of now, in the pre-production stages, we're finalizing a screenplay, and searching for actors/extras to cast... which will not be hard to do. Besides that, we're ready for production.

However, planning ahead, we're going to be needing a few skilled people come post-production. Here's a list of what we'll be needing, as of now:

Film Editor:
We'll be needing someone (with something other than Windows Movie Maker) to edit our film for us, putting scenes where they belong, adding in the musical score to the scenes, creating titles and credits, and etc.

Special Effects Editors:
We'll be needing someone (with maybe Adobe AfterEffects? or some other SFX program) to finalize and put the finishing touches on the CGI in our film. This basically means adding in lens flares, doing some color grading, and stuff like that... just to clean up the CGI to make it look even more realistic.

Foley Artists:
After filming is complete, we'll simply send you the film, and have you come up with some custom sound effects that will make the scenes in the film more interesting... some examples of sound effects would be: glass breaking, footsteps through grass, etc... just to bring out the sound in the film.

While I could move this to the Creator's Cafe, the fact that you signed up simply to post this pushes me towards closing it as an advertising thread.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

I hope someone, one day, signs up to advertise a website promoting a different main character for future Zelda games. Then, I could just use that URL from above, and it would actually be relevant.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
