Bif Naked's latest cd "Superbeautifulmonster"

Buckethead & Friends - Enter the Chicken

Shaggy 2 Dope - Fuck The Fuck Off

Bruce McCullough - Drunk Baby Project

Kids In The Hall - Complete Third Season

Most of these were made in the same week(about two weeks ago), and now I'm completely broke once again. Good times though. That Bruce McCullough cd was just accidental, as I found it in a used cd store while waiting for a friend to get off work. So glad she took so long, as Bruce is one of the funniest people walking the planet.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Most recent thing I purchased was the Soundtrack to The Hithickers Guide to the Galaxy.

I only really bought it for a few tracks, such as so long and thanks for all the fish, both versions. After listening to the whole CD I relized that it was quite enjoyable. It's not an amazing soundtrack, but it fits the feel of the movie, and its a nice listen for those days when your sick of everything else.

The Flaming Lips - Soft Bulletin

The Flaming Lips - Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots

^
Both purchased after downloading the albums, mind you. I enjoyed them that much. Speaking of which, I need to buy The Postal Service album still.
Also managed to order Howl's Moving Castle from overstock.com. For some strange reason none of the stores around here are carrying it...

My latest DVD was Alias: Season Four ---I simply cannot get enough of this show...it's too bad that they have to cancel it, it's still exciting to me even after watching the episodes over and over again...

My latest CD was the Moody Blues greatest hits...I saw them in concert not too long ago, and I was simply amazed...some of the best music I listen to...

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Chef volume 2 & 3. This is a rather hilarious British comedy, mainly because the chef's behaviour reminds me a lot of the behaviour of my own boss in the kitchen. It's really worth a watch if you're into cooking and humor.

I recently just bought two things from Amazon.com. One is 24 episodes of the Super Mario Bros Super Show and seasons 1-6 of the Sanford and Son tv show. When was little I always watched the Super Mario Bros Super Show even though the animation now looks a little bit weird to me but I still can't wait to receive it in the mail. It's going to be released at the end of March. I'm a big TV Land watcher so that's why I got Sanford and Son. Fred and Lamont just have me dying laughing. I recommend watching both of these shows.

The last media item I purchased was the latest Mint Royale album, See You in the Morning. I had already downloaded all the tracks from this CD; in fact, I had listened to the song See You in the Morning over a hundred times before I ordered this import from the UK. However, I do think the money was well spent. Downloading music and buying it are entirely different things. Mint Royale deserved the little support I could give.

I just bought Ronin, I really enjoy this movie.

I have a copy of this movie on VHS but it was getting so damn old and this DVD was so cheap, convertinf from my currency to dollars it would be like US$ 6.00, a complete bargain.

I picked up two Jet Li movies the other day: Unleashed and Hero.

They were bundled together at a low price. So I went for it.

That was my last album purchase. It was about three months ago.

I'd been looking for this season in the traditional 2 cardboard-box sets released in Australia, but the fuckers stopped making them about three years ago and just had them in the Amaray cases. I have all but this season in the boxes - got half from eBay. But this one I couldn't get, so I gave in and bought the shitty slimline version.

Decided to show the last three items I got.

The first one was:

I don't remember what happened in this movie, so I bought it! It has 17 mins of restored footage too which gave more insight to the characters. The Aliens are the coolest alien critters I've seen. The movie is non-stop action once it goes past the 1 hour mark, and the Queen is one nasty bitch. My current avatar and sig theme was inspired by this movie :3

The one before that was:

A b-movie about werewolves, Dog Soldiers is pretty over the top and cheesy, but it's also funny and the werewolves are pretty cool compared to most other movies I've seen. Werewolves >> vampires.

Before that, I got:

It's the DVD box set of the 2nd, third, and fourth Dragon Ball movies. Unfortunately, the first movie is unavailable for release in North America due to copyright issues (darnit!). 2nd and third movies are decent, but the fourth movie is definitely the best of the bunch. This is the first time the 2nd movie has been released in NA too, so it's a worthy purchase for fans.

I just bought Death Cult Armagedon by Dimmu Borgir. Its ok, but it gets repetitive very fast.

I mainly bought it, because I felt compelled to buy a CD.

Got an Ipod for my birthday. I guess that counts.

I also picked up Dream Theater's Falling Into Infinity. A generally good album. Not as good as their other stuff, but still enjoyable.
