Card Captor Sakura
I was wondering if anyone here has read the manga as well cause I'm wondering how big the differences are with the anime.

There's some info on that here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Card_Captor_Sakura. The biggest difference is that the anime has Meilin, while the manga does not.
