Lots of ketchup, a bit of worchestershire sauce, a bit more brown sugar, a small bit of horseradish, and possibly some fresh-ground pepper.
Sorry for the inexact quantities, but I think of food in relative terms. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
I'd also add some lemon pepper, salt, and garlic powder if you like the latter. There's also something called Emeril's Chicken Rub that you might want to try adding.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
Allrighty, so this is what I did:
-Canola oil -tabasco sauce (the chipotle one) -worchestershire sauce -dash of vinegar -pepper -lemon spices It's just sitting in the fridge now, probably will fire up the bbq in an hour or so Double Post: (and for the record... THEY WERE AWESOME) I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?

My mother uses soy sauce with honey, pepper, I don't know what else is in there but it's good stuff. Like, good stuff. Soy sauce is definitely a magical sauce!
