looking for recipes for some exotic meats
Alrighty folks... time to don your Iron Chef uniforms and figure out how best that I should prepare the following two items:
Wild Boar Spare Ribs (8 pounds) Kangaroo French Rack (2 pounds) everything else I have is pretty simple to figure out... just trying to figure out the best way to go with these two items for grilling or whatever on Saturday. And for those who will be curious, I am sure Kazyl will be photographing the event... so you get to sort of see a "Grilling with Niekon" thing going... ^_^ Jam it back in, in the dark. |
