It's strange how much difference a year makes, a year ago everyone wanted the title off of Triple H...then everyone claimed hed have it back in a month or two, LOL

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Spoiler:
Angle wins tonight, kind of. There was alot of talk about the fact that people didnt say Angle's name as world heavyweight champion, meaning that Angle would drop to Taker. This was not the case, Mark Henry costs undertaker the match tonight leading into taker v. Henry at Mania.

I dont get why certain wrestlers with barely any ability at all...can get so huge. Hulk Hogan and the Ultimate Warrior...have to be the the two largest cheered wrestlers of all time...and they both suck! AJ Styles could outwrestle both of them with his feet and hands tied together, yet alot of people barely know who he is.

Its sad that Edge's title run has been turned into a gimmick against him..."Transitional Champion"...I was hoping he would of at least gone to Wrestlemania. I would like to see Triple H get it back...contrary to how much people hate him...he is very good in the ring, makes alot of people look good, can sell moves great, has great ring prescence, and cares about this business. His promos are the same, but he is also entertaining. His comment abotu Cena's move being that he pumps up his reebok's was great. I think his ability is overshadowed by him being known for marrying Stephanie McMahon...too bad.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Im curious, is the SNME a one time thing...or will this happene every so often throughout the year? Be nice if it was like the old WCW Clash of Champions

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Joey is a good announcer, you don't really hear his "Oh My Gods" anymore as Im sure Vince told him not to do that. If you watch ECW ONS, you will hear him say it numerous times...but on WWE programming only once in a blue moon , probably so it can be used as a selling point. He is still the best play by play announcer there is...since JR is out of the picture. I think having Coach there though brings the level of respect down alot.

Id like to see a shocking championship win...having Edge win it was shocking as I figured that the whole time he had money in the bank...he boasted about it so much that he would of blew it when he got it. Eugene as any champion would just be a no. Now Carlito...that would be cool. Especially if he won it using that twisting back flip senton he did on RVD. Or Paul Birchell, because Pirates are cool. and so are moonsault into rock bottom finishers that WWE will not let him do.

I also managed to find limewire pics of candice michelle and I gotta say..whoever did her work failed...as far as breasts go.
That would be weak about Burchill, he did perform the c4 on a velocity show against someone once. It was pretty sad because you could hear the crowd pop with a gasp and then cheer, while the announcers did nothing to sell the move except "nice move there by paul birchell to pick up the win".

There was some softcore porn that Candice Michelle did...at least it claimed to be her. Kinda looked like her...I remember looking it up when I first saw her show up in WWE.

I just wanna see Smackdown cause Burchill is pretty damn entertaining now.
I think im going to faint ...I mean WWE is actually making a very talented wrestler (Burchill) into someone entertaining? Usuaully they take a guy with little or no talent (Mark Henry, Boogeyman, Heidenreich) and give them tv time with something entertaining. Go WWE.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

No, Smackdown! will be having 3 people compete in it. Basically think of 3 midcard-top stars who don't have a match already....only one coming to mind right now is Matt Hardy...probably Lashley...and who knows about the third. Finley maybe (hopefully not)

I doubt they would put that on Mania, maybe Heat if they do. Lashley is becoming a huge star, I can't think of anyone else worthy of being in a major interpromotional match, at least no one that doesn't have a match. Maybe Booker T...

I wish the hardcore title was still around because I loved the 30 minute nonstop Hardcore battle royal or however long it was. That was where Mighty Molly became hardcore champion...at least I remember she won it from the Hurricane.
Yeah I loved the hardcore title, that match was great..Wrestlemania X8. I remember Molly winning it from Helms and then Christian opening a door and hitting Molly in the fact FTW!

Lashley is reminding me of Brock Lesnar...although Lashley doesnt strike me as the type of guy to hook up with an over aged diva, have a terrible match with Goldberg, Quit the WWE, and go to court with WWE over stupid shit. I never expected him to get anywhere when I frst saw him....Im like wow...he made Simon Dean eat a bunch of cheeseburgers...he wont ever be huge!

Tatanka, LOL.

Matt Hardy definatly, ...id go with Lashley just because WWE is pleased with how well the crowd perceives him ...and id like to see Paul Burchill (c4 off the ladder like wut) but I dont think WWE will do it. Im guessing they are going to focus more on his pirate deal...instead of his natural ability. Im going to say Finley since everyone else thats actually on Smackdown! either has a match or is part of a tag team.

Heres the list of "potential" smackdown stars to have qualifiying matches for the MITB match:

Joey Mercury
Johnny Nitro
Booker T
Finlay
Bobby Lashley
The Boogeyman
Gregory Helms
Super Crazy
Matt Hardy
Road Warrior Animal
Tatanka
William Regal
Paul Birchill
Psicosis
Paul London
Brian Kendrick
Funaki
Kid Kash
Nunzio
Scotty 2 Hotty
Orlando Jordan
Simon Dean
Jamie Noble
Sylvan

Theres only a few people on there that are wrestlemania worthy...unless you count the cruiserweights who in my opinion would make the match better...but you know they would stand no chance in winning it or the world heavyweight championship.

I dont see Y2J returning to wrestling anytime soon.

Well looks like we will have to wait for the Smackdown! ones cuz...

Spoiler:
there was only one match at the tapings this week...Lashley and Finley...which ended in a no contest , unless they count the Birchell and Regal match which Birchell won...but there was no mention of it being a qualifying match.

I think his last song was more attuned to him being "face" though. I prefer Randy as a heel, even when he does the controversial stuff like using "Eddie" against Rey. Not sure if I like this one yet though...but if I do that will mean hes probably the only WWE wrestler whos changed his theme 3 times in under 4 years...AND i actually liked all the themes.

TNA has some awesome talent but there is a problem with what some of the guys do. ALot of them do the extreme high risk stuff...because they know noone in WWE will do it. Eventually though, people will get burned out and want either more of it...or something even more high risk. That happened alot in ECW, where there was a lot of viscious chair shots...and after so many it just became part of the everyday match. So in that kind of match...what do you do to shock people? Also...you are more prone to injury ...and if you get hurt bad and say you are a guy like...AJ Styles...its gonna hurt the company pretty bad.

Although I suppose...taking the risk is better then not taking it....WWE tells its guys not to do certain moves because of the risk. Shane Helms cant do the vertebreaker (too bad), no one is allowed to do shooting star press and/or 450 splash (what a rip off) and its pretty rare that you see a piledriver these days. Im surprised WWE lets Birchell do the c4 (if you check out their site...on his superstar page..theres a clip of him doing it...its awesome).

WWE pays its top talent (HHH, HBK, Angle, Taker..etc) a good amount of money, they dont want to do these matches because...risk of getting hurt. So you say...let the other guys do it? If you had a PPV card...HHH v. Cena for the WWE Title...and also on the card you had Shelton v. ..RVD in a barbed wire steel cage hell in the cell over a lava pit match of doom...which match do you think people would want to see more? I dont think it will be the title match...and its "highly paid" stars...dont want to be outdone by its midcarders.

TNA doesnt care, they know the X division is more entertaining then its World Championship matches...

(This is why I liked ECW so much, most of the awesome stuff was all in the midcard stuff)

How ya doing, buddy?

Tim White -

You know when I first saw the "suicide angle" he did at one of the Smackdown! pay per views...I thought it was a angle in bad taste, however the website clips in the past couple months...some of them have been funny. Only funny because you can tell its not serious...and Josh Mathews "Mr White...thats not wise" catch phrase each time Tim White tries to kill himself is quite humourus.

I like int he latest one, when Josh calls 911 for help...they put him on hold and you hear some rap music playing.

DX and Austin were revolutionairy...and so was the nWo, but only because it hadnt been done before. WWE has tried to duplicate Austins persona on a more lighter note..with John Cena. You cannot really duplicate what DX, Austin or the nWo did without people looking at it..and saying "oh look at the DX wannabes".

I do however miss stables. The closest thing to a stable in the past couple years was JBLs cabinet...and even that wasnt half bad. It gave Orlando and the Bashams an actual personality.

Stables like that dont really count, they are just temporary alliances. I remember that Kurt Angle had a lame stable of ...him, Mark Jindrak and Luther Reigns...no one remembers that though because it was stupid.

WWE cant even keep tag teams together before breaking them up....look at examples like The Bashams, ...that really made a difference didnt it? Some breaksups are for the better...like Hurricane and Rosey...and TWGTT certainly worked out well for Shelton Benjamin. Even Matt Hardy...they give him a bunch of partners then scratch the idea...one week its Tatanka, the next...Matts the new member of LOD...oh wait nevermind...Animals heel. Make up your mind WWE.

Spoiler:
I dont know, I dont think TNA would use him properly either. Im sure they would throw him together with Jeff...which might not be bad, but then they would end up being beat up every week like the Dudley's. I also cannot see Hardy joining MNM...I mean what would they be called? MNMM? MNHM? Matt would also need a cooler name...Mercury ...Nitro...Matt. Doesnt sound right.

I think its funny...how WWE will contradict itself alot. Make Randy Orton say crap about Eddie, and then go around and say its just business he really respects him. Then you got Animal who was going around praising Hawk on the Road Warriors DVD...dedicating his last tag team title reign to him..and then trash talking him like that. I remember when people said Animal would only be around for a little bit just to promote his DVD. I wish those people were right.

Former RAW annoucner Jim Ross's big return to WWE television is just one week away. The plan is for Jim Ross to make his on-screen WWE return at next week's "Saturday Night's Main Event" telecast on NBC.

There had been talk that WWE wanted to reintegrate Ross into storyline, at least for the short-term, as part of the build to WrestleMania, and it seems as if WWE has officially decided on a date.

Ross will be commentating this event, although it is not believed he will be brought back as a full-time announcer for RAW or SmackDown.

Ross, who remains under WWE contract, has been off WWE TV since his on-air "firing" late last year.
Not sure if thats good or bad, I dont really miss Ross's overselling of moves/storylines...as I kinda like Joey. It would be awesome if it was Ross, Styles and King on the announce team..and just sent Coach to do play by play for OVW or something.
