Unhappy Recording arcade movies

The feat: I made a one-credit full game of Mortal Kombat 2 on mame.

The problem: No matter what I use to record the video, It alway end up either:

Slowing down the emulator to the point what's recorded is slowed down, jaggy gameplay;

or/and

The video itself skip so much frames it's simply not possible to record anything without having a frame a minute.

I tried everything, fraps, my screen recorder, and other apps, and nothing works.

What can I do?

Jam it back in, in the dark.
