PSP Ripping sbk files?

I'm trying to use some voices from the force unleashed for the PSP, can't figure out how to play the .sbk sound files, it has at3 for the music files.

This is probably an at3 container, hex the file and extract the at3s. Or if you don't know hex download Nova Extractor and scan it, let it scan for .wav's and extract those. Then rename the extension from wav to at3. It should now convert. I didn't check the file but in my experience that's the way it usually is.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
