Hi. I searched for a solution of the same problem and found this thread. Thanks for the suggestions, but I didn't managed to convert and split APE with foobar2000. However, stumbled upon two simple tutorials that allow doing this without a problem. The first is about APE to mp3 conversion and the second is about splitting by CUE. Might help you as well
