[Question] EU time zone friendly Game Night: interested?

As many may be aware there's a regular Game Night session held on Thursdays but timed to North American time zones (or as what we in Europe and similar time zones might call "way too late" or "crazy early o'clock" or "fuck you I was sleeping, no I can't play video games right now"). Having now returned to the realm of the PC master race I felt like kicking up and idea me and Boo were discussing fairly recently: a Euro time zone Game Night session. Not limited to Europe of course, but I imagine that'll be the most likely people to around the sort of times we'll look at.

So the plan would be to set a regular day/time to do a Game Night and decide during the week or on the night what we felt like playing. But first things first I thought I'd put a feeler out there to see who might be interested. In all likelihood we'd probably be looking to run this in the ballpark of 7pm-11pm BST/GMT, or whatever that'd be in your part of the world (for a lot of Europe one or two hours shifted either side of that). It might not be the worst idea to run it the same night as NA Game Night, so that'd be on a Thursday.

If you might be down for such a regular gaming session then post below, and let's kick things off with what days and times would suit you (please mention time zones).

Good point, I throw Steam handles into the top post. Mine is OmagnusPrime. There's a Steam Group for 'Murican lot, so we could always do that too.

OK so it seems like there's a number of people who are down for this alt-time Game Night crew. The Steam Group of which Pang speaks is called "Coupler Duty" and you should be able to join. If you have trouble finding it let me know and I'll ping you an invite.

So what days will work for people, would Thursdays be a good fit for most people?

Also if you want to throw ideas for games into the ring, now would be the time to do so. I've got access to a bunch of shit, not all of it is installed. I would recommend "Mount Your Friends" but most people haven't picked it up yet. So, think about correcting that for a few bucks.

OK so I can't do tonight (out seeing friends), and it sounds like Thursday might be an issues, same for the weekend. Could be this week is a bit of a no go.

So can anyone actually do tomorrow? Even if we get just a small force going could be worthwhile.

OK, so that's 2 maybes. I'm going to go ahead and say let's postpone yet again until we have a solid few people actually committed so I'm not sat around on my own like (more of) an arsehole.

Since no one has said chuff all and this has failed hard so far I'm going to go ahead and call timeout on August and suggest we try September.
