Captain Novolin

Soooo we deff had Captain Novolin traded in today (I'd post an image and make things pretty, but apparently I havn't posted enough for that to be allowed D

It's on ebay for around $360... and it's apparently one of the worst video games ever.


It's based around a superhero that has type one diabetes. "Captain Novolin is the only one who can stop such evil aliens as Blubberman and rescue a diabetic mayor who was kidnapped by evil aliens.[2][3] Throughout the game, Captain Novolin needs to avoid the alien invaders who have the appearance of junk food items while eating healthy meals to keep his blood glucose within a safe zone.[2][3] Players can earn bonus points by correctly answering questions that relate to diabetes.[3] In addition, the game has a feature whereby a diabetic player can specify the frequency of their real-life insulin injections.[3]" -wikipedia (Captain Novolin - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)

Man, fuck Captain Novolin. That was a terrible game in EVERY aspect.

Very much ahead of its time though. Not the game, the idea of promoting diabetes awareness to children.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
