Rewards Sites

My friend recently told me about Surveyspot.com where you fill out surveys and get money depending on how long they are, and you get entered to win a contest upon completing each one (which gives incentive incase you don't qualify for the survey, or is too short to get a few dollars from it). This is something I love doing to waste time while I'm eating breakfast every morning. What I was wondering is what other sites are out there that are like this, a free site where you can do something and get money or other free things.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

I use Pinecone Research. $5 (check or paypal) every survey I do, each lasting about 10 minutes.

It's impossibly hard to find a sign-up link though. HAVE FUN.

EDIT: I should mention I get maybe 4 surveys a month.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Hmm, that Pinecone Research looks interesting. Unfortunately, the Canadian division is even harder to get on to; you can only join with an invite/referral. Is anyone here on the Canadian panel?

If any one is on the Canadian, I wouldn't mind getting on there too.

hay Ben~

I signed up to Prize Rebel and found a proxy to use (NO THX 2 U ) and I'm in the process of doing some surveys. I did a few late last night around 11pm-12am. I logged on around noon to start work and it hadn't tallied them. Does it normally take close to 24 hours, did the proxy fudge up somehow, or should I have changed my user info sooner?

I originally had my real name in the sign-up/member info on the site. I changed it to my phony alias just after finishing a recent request (John Mallone lulz). How long does it take for them to normally tally something as "done" and give you points?

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

It can take anywhere between 1 minute and two days. It's honestly not extremely reliable, but it's a hilariously effortless.

How ya doing, buddy?

o rly.

I googled it up and another joint called Gaming Lagoon came up. I haven't signed up yet, but I think they keep tabs on you considerably. I've lobbed up false info so far (false name, false address), but I wonder if Prize Rebel folks would go "HMM" if they saw the prize shipped to a different address =p Gaming Lagoon wants your info right and upfront prior to sign-up. I think it's the same as Prize Rebel but with a better upkeep.

Have you put your prize info under a different address/name, or do you use your real info when instructing them about that?

Another gripe I saw about Prize Rebel are the scripts and shit run through the ads. One fella griped about crashing a computer due to snagging a virus from one of those sites.

The goons lob out your info to companies so you'll get hounded by telemarketers, so fake info is the only way to go =o I'm just curious how you approach it so I can follow your example.

What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?

Well the only things that'll get shipped are physical hardware and games.
For stuff like game time cards, the serial will be emailed directly to you.

Guess you're SOL if you get something physically shipped!

Hah. I came across that site yesterday and it didn't work for me. I tried again and I got to the register page. Fun stuff. Thanks =3 Gives me something to do on occasion even if only a few come a month!

Yeah I'm going to back out of the two gaming ones. Having to deal with physical stuff makes it trickier =O I am not about to give out my address and number to hordes of telemarketers...

emailcash.corn.au still email me with junk about digital TV sets that can enlarge penises while faxing the moon, seven years after I ran away from their circus. "We noticed you haven't logged on in a while!" You get half a cent for each $80,000 product you buy from one of their sponsers! You'll be an oil tycoon in no time! THRUST THRUST THRUST.

Those things actually work? Gosh, I still remember waaaaaaaay back like in 99 or 2000 those programs that if you had it running, you could get up to 20 $ per month. Of course, I found out you had to have your mouse moving around (so having it sit idle during the night didn't work), and a friend later told me he did it, didn't get money, then contacted them in which they said, "Oh, you have to do it for another month and THEN we'll send you a check". Of course, he uninstalled it afterwards.

Does anyone know of any programs like this where you can make money just by keeping a program on?

I just ran into this site from an ad posted on a bulletin board at school: http://www.datajobsite.com/ Is this site legit? It sounds like a good college job if it actually works... can I get some opinions?

Hmmm... Can I become a member if I live in Norway? Seems like it's only open for US and UK residents...

Does anybody have an invitation for PineCone...?

Not sure about those sites, but I know I signed up for some a while back (I think GlobalTestMarket) and now one of my email accounts is being bombarded with a bunch of new-survey notices (and porn ads). I can't even distinguish between spam and the legitimate ones anymore. That is, if they're legitimate. It wouldn't be bad to earn even a little extra cash though.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
