Around $10.000 for a device to transfer my saves... Sold! Anyway confirmation of 7 players is cool, but I doubt I will even buy 4 though. Do you guys think that it will take quite as long for developers to get to know the system as long as it did for the ps2?

Jam it back in, in the dark.

I hear what you guys are saying. I'm quite frustrated these days that quite a few ingame videos of games that have yet to be released, have crappy players playing the latest build. Which is understandable but never the less still annoying. I would prefer letting one of the developers play the game. Anyway Resistance looks and feels great.

I'm really looking forward to white knight, fighting Shadow of the Colosus like enemies i'm there. LIke most of you, I was impressed with the animation, the enviroments also looked very nice. My largest complaint would be the actual "white night" character model, but i'm pretty certain that it is definitely not the one we will see when we pick the game up.

How ya doing, buddy?

Downloading psp games you say? That sounds interesting. Hey at least it isn't shooting disks out like the psp..

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Where should I start?

The whole linux deal sounds pretty cool, I wonder if that will be the main way to get homebrew stuff working on the ps3. I wonder how Sony will regulate this stuff, they will proably definitely want a say in what gos on in there consle. This theory just comes from Sonys previous actions.

The only thing i'm worried about is the controller.

Quote:
I'm not sure what your idea of too light is, but it did seem uncomfortably light to me. I figured it's due to the wireless, since I'm so used to cables weighing controllers down. The new L2 and R2 buttons felt very flimsy to me and I kept wishing they and the analogue sticks were stiffer.
Quote:
Yeah, thisbuilt seems to be the consensus. That the triggers feel kind of loose and the sticks don't have enough resistance
Hopefully these issues will be ironed out by launch... if Sony even sees them as problems.

I"m sorry to hear about the photo mishap Qwarky, you might want to start tagging your images?

I just read the 1up blog and it has some interesting stuff I recomend it.

3:06 p.m. Their downloadable games, according to Harrison, will be $14.99 or less. Harrison also pointed out that this demonstration is not a canned demonstration, this is actual game purchasing and purchasing of items from the store and it's absolutely Live.
I don't know if i'm willing to pay 15 bucks for a game. Maby if it is interesting like Defcon (it is based off War Games). I bought a ps2 at the US launch but I think i'll wait out the ps3 one. Hopefully I can save dome dough by doing this.

I was speaking idiomatically.

Oooo Very good news. When I eventually buy a ps3 I won't have to deal with the hideous loading times of Metal Saga (it has hdd support).

How ya doing, buddy?

Well according to this site Kill Zone 2 (remember the fabled E3 trailer) is going to be released this year. It also looks like Heavenly sword will be released this year? http://www.the-magicbox.com/gaming.htm

It is from Magicbox so take it with a grain of salt

What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?

Heres 3 trailers of Little Big Planet one i believe is a part of the keynote...

http://www.gametrailers.com/gamepage.php?id=4491

The whole concept of Home sounds pretty neat. If it includes free co-op arcade games even better.

I"m really impressed by Little Big Plant, building a level with friends especially a 2.5d one sounds pretty nice. The interface seems simple enough and not too complicated.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
