Oh. Even if I didn't catch that, the precedent that this is setting is worrying me either way.
For example, legal loopholes for what is an "elected official", "speaking", location, distance, even getting a permit for protesting is likely. I should rephrase that, I do not have a whole lot of hope in the legal system when majority of our politicians are being paid to speak. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
