[:plant:] Porblem With Blood Omen 2

Hey!... Im playing Legacy Of Kain: Blood Omen 2... cause i wanted to play it since a lot of time and i didn't had the chance to get it... now i got the game...
But i'm having a problem almost at the beggining of the game... =S
I have played another games of this saga and never had this problem...
After Kain sucks the blood of the first prisoner he sucks... he goes through a passage when you see another prisoner screaming for help and you can't continue if you dont suck her blood... but i dont know why Kain doesn't suck the blood of this prisoner... and he can't attack her... i have the controls well configurated, i of course know how to attack and how to suck... but nothing happens...
I don't know if im meeting with a bug of the game, or if im having another problem...

Is this a bug???... i've searched in google for info, but nothing!

Does someone had this problem when playing this game???
