Do you believe on collective unconsciousness?
Well guys, do you familiar with concept of collective unconsciousness coined by Karl Gustave Jung? Basically he argued that memories of our ancestors are actually transferred to us when we were given birth, resulting that we may caught some of our ancestors' memories when we are unconscious or it may explains why we associate or familiar with something new with us, though we just meet it for our first time.
Maybe it's too loose to say that someone love certain culture because actually he keeps his ancestors' memories in his unconsciousness, but still interesting though. I couldnt say I really believe it since I think the concept too vague. Memory is something intangible and it's not in anyway have attributes like blood, how can they be transferred in first place? But I also feel experience of deja vu when looking of architecture from certain culture, perhaps because I'm just fascinated with the beauty or perhaps it's memory of my ancestor? No one can tell.
anyway guys, what do you think about this? Any of you believe this idea? Or perhaps you have experienced numerous deja vu when encountering certain cultures though you just have looked them at first time?
Jam it back in, in the dark.
You all think you got good deals, huh? Ha! You frugal and observant shoppers have more to learn.
None of that approaches this:
