Eight glasses a day? Go fuck yourself doctor.

I probably drink 10-15 glasses per day (if a glass is 8 oz.). As for bottle water, my least favorites are Evian and Arrowhead, because they're the only two that really have a bad taste in my opinion. The best is Voss, but only because it comes in a cool glass bottle.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

i drink about two liters of water a day. no tap, pipes in my country aren't clean, much less ofr the water.

piss has to be white at some point of the day, even just once to make it look like you drank enough water. got it from a teacher back when i had PE. lol

Well actually a recent physical indicated that my kidneys were not working to full capacity so now I do drink around 5-6 glasses of water a day.

I thought overhydration was due to sweating a crapload, then drinking water like a camel. I'd believe that that wouldn't be a very good thing for your body. Sorta like the fasting thing.

Drinking the daily recommendation doesn't seem like much water when evenly distrubuted through the day. I find that the tap water in my area tastes disgusting, so I'm not accustomed to drinking it that regularly. My favorite water is Aquafina and my least is Arrowhead bottled water... sometimes it tastes like plastic.
