I do not think mouth strength has a lot to do with it. Tongues are pliable and easily bitten, and most people would not want to pull away firmly if you're biting hard enough to draw blood. But, maybe they were retaliatory punches--though anyone who goes around biting strangers' tongues ought to expect one or two to the eyes.

The important thing is that Vince has a chance to represent himself in court and deliver his defense in the form of a pitch.
