Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games

So I'm working on a proper conversion of this and about 90% done and ready to release it. Problem is, I can't identify about 10 tracks from the rip. I'm almost about to say that they're unknown files, but rather than do that I'd like to genuinely identify them before i flat out give up.

The files can be found in a rar packet here: http://nintendud.net/dubble/msolympics.rar

The files are just way too elaborate and too numerous to be unknown or missing tracks. For anyone that has the game, can you identify the tracks and what they are at all?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

13 is some type of losing theme.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
