Identifying Game From Late 90's
Hey guys! I'm not exactly sure when this game was released, but I remember playing it around '99 or '00. I was very young (only about 9) so I remember very scarce details about it...here goes:
First level you start off in a small town, and (if I remember correctly), it's raining. After doing some shit in this town, you take a large boat to a desert level, where you get this blue car and can drive it around. That's about all I remember of this game, but I remember my older friends being crazy about it. However, I've broken contact with them a long time ago, so I can't ask them. Thanks a lot! The game was for PC. As for genre, I'm not sure. I'd guess Adventure or RPG.
